Mohamed Rassmy

Construction Director Mohamed obtained his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the Egyptian Military Technical College in 1980. With over forty years of experience working in the construction industry.
STRONG EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND with the following degrees:
• 1980 B. Sc. in Civil Engineering, Military Technical College – Egypt
• 2001 Got Consultant Engineer degree from Egyptian Engineers syndicate
• 2012 Grade “A” Certification from Qatar Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning

Hussein Rassmy

Partner & Co-Founder Hussein obtained his bachelor’s degree in 2009 in Civil Engineering from Ain- Shams University. Two year after his graduation, he managed to obtain his post graduate diploma in project management from the American University in Egypt (AUC).
In 2017, Hussein obtained a certificate in Claims Preparation and Dispute Management from College of Contract Management in the United Kingdom, and in 2018 begot his PMP certificate from the Project Management Institute and a diploma in Contract Administration from the American University in Egypt.
Hussein is currently in the final stage of finalizing his master degree Certificate in Construction Law and Arbitration from ROBERT GORDON UNIVERSITY IN SCOTLAND.
His construction journey included the completion of several construction mega projects in Egypt & Qatar in reputable organizations such as AlB Bonian Group, Dara Engineering Consultants, and in Qatar such as AEC Qatar Consultants Engineers and MZ & Partners Consultancy (W.L.L.).

Ahmed Hegazy

Commercial Director Mr. Ahmed is a Civil Engineer possesses more than 12 years’ experience in the Construction Industry. He has held several positions in renowned multinational construction firms in Qatar, Egypt and Saudi Arabia concerned with construction costs and contracts. He has participated in the management of multi-billion USD contracts of notable projects in Qatar and Egypt.
His commercial experience with mega projects in different countries and cultures gave
him the chance to acquaint different types of projects, specifications, contract types and prestigious working experience with the commercial and governmental environments.
Mr. Hegazy holds a Master’s Degree in the Construction Law and Arbitration from Robert Gordon University (Aberdeen – Scotland), a Project Management Diploma from the American University in Cairo and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Cairo University; in addition to several professional memberships (i.e. MCIArb, SCL, RICS APC candidate).

Salah Hussein

Partner & Co-Founder Salah has been working in the finance industry for the past 17 years. He has had a diverse background within the industry gaining experience on both sides of the fence.

Adham Salem

Business Development Director Has been working in the marketing field for several years Whilst employed by highly developers in the Egyptian market Held several high profile management positions including local and foreign profiles.
